Fintech Systems Administrator

About The Role

We are seeking a Lead Fintech Analyst to serve as a primary OneStream platform expert. In this role, you will bridge the gap between financial strategy and corporate systems, managing our OneStream ecosystem across multiple operating companies. You will play a pivotal part in driving strategic implementations, optimizing multi-entity financial consolidations, and partnering directly with corporate finance to deliver high-impact reporting and analytics. This role also offers the opportunity to help shape how AI is applied across finance systems and within OneStream.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a platform administrator for OneStream across diverse operating companies.
• Maintain metadata, manage workflow profiles, and assist with quarterly audit deliverables.
• Lead and support the design, testing, and deployment of new OneStream solutions, system enhancements, and integrations with underlying ERPs.
• Collaborate closely with corporate finance to design, build, and maintain dynamic reports and cube view extracts. Ensure accurate, timely reporting for monthly close, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
• Monitor and maintain data workflows, transformation rules, and integrations to ensure flawless data pipeline integrity from OpCo ERPs to the corporate OneStream environment.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert (SME), training finance users across operating companies on best practices, reporting tools, and system functionality.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience developing, administering, or implementing OneStream Software is required.
• Background: 5+ years of overall experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Systems, Management Consulting, or FinTech roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with OneStream Cube Views, Data Management jobs, and member formulas. Strong understanding of multi-currency environments, intercompany eliminations, and complex financial consolidation rules. Advanced Excel skills (Quick Views, XFGet formulas) and familiarity with SQL or VB.Net scripting is a strong plus.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial reporting needs into technical system configurations across multiple business units.

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is $114,540 - $191,245
