Fintech Product Designer

About the role

Austin Capital Bank is a fintech company rapidly growing and expanding into new digital markets and product categories. We are looking for a Fintech Product Designer who can leverage AI to enhance design and UI/UX.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design user journeys that leave a lasting impression and drive real results
• Create stunning and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the way people interact with financial technology
• Embrace feedback from users to refine designs and ensure that our products resonate with our audience
• Leverage the latest tech, including AI, to streamline design processes and spark creativity
• Design highly polished, visually compelling interfaces from wireframes to pixel-perfect mockups, prototypes, and final assets

Requirements

• Recent graduate or up to 5 years of experience in product design or related fields
• Fluency with AI and AI enabled design tools
• Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy, and motion
• Fintech or financial product experience preferred
• Expert Figma skills, including component libraries, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping
• Strong visual and interaction design skills

Schedule
