Fintech & Financial Services – Of Counsel

Position Overview

A top-tier international law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Fintech & Financial Services practice. The successful candidate will advise clients on a broad range of federal securities law matters, including:

• Investment Company Act status issues and opinions
• Broker-dealer and investment adviser status, registration, and compliance
• Structuring and launching alternative investment platforms

Preferred Experience

• Deep understanding of the federal securities laws
• SEC experience strongly preferred
• Strong academic credentials
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: approximately $435,000, with potential for discretionary merit bonuses
