About the role

The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of the fintech firm. Key responsibilities will include managing the general ledger, performing daily settlements and reconciliations, preparing and analysing financial statements, and supporting data-driven financial decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of General Ledger operations
• Advanced expertise in settlement processes and bank reconciliations
• Proven experience working in the fintech or financial services industry
• Excellent ability to prepare and analyse financial statements and reports
• Strong finance and analytical skills for making data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and other financial tools
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and organizational skills
