I can succeed as a Senior Manager, Financial Operations at Capital Group.
- Lead FinOps across Capital Group’s Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) portfolio
- Drive cost transparency, allocation, and optimization
- Partner with Engineering and Finance to track usage, attribute spend, and enable disciplined investment decisions
- Build and scale cost allocation models, unit economics, and FinOps practices
- Embed cost awareness into engineering and product decisions
- Incorporate GenAI cost economics to enable scalable, efficient adoption of AI technologies

- A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Extensive experience in financial operations, technology finance, or enterprise platforms with broad impact
- Strong expertise of cost drivers with cloud, SaaS, and end-user technologies
- Established and scaled cost allocation models in complex environments
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI cost models and governance considerations
- Influenced senior leaders and driven data-informed decisions
- Build partnerships across Technology, Product, Finance, Procurement, and Risk
- Built or matured FinOps practices and governance
- Expertise includes financial controls, vendor management, and licensing models

Compensation and Benefits
- Charlotte Base Salary Range: $187,016-$317,927
- Southern California Base Salary Range: $208,245-$354,017
- Per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings
