FinOps/Finance Manager (IT) - Local to Sacramento, CA

Required Experience

• 7+ years of financial management, cost governance, or program finance experience
• 3+ years managing cloud cost governance on AWS using Cost Explorer, Budgets, and Cost & Usage Reports (CUR)
• Proficiency in billing systems
• Familiarity with government or enterprise contract billing requirements preferred
• Strong communication skills for translating complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
