Finishing Inspector Stacker/Packer (Day Shift)

What You’ll Do

• Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Packaging materials according to customer requirements and internal procedures
• Safely operating equipment such as forklifts (with attachments), wrapping/packaging machinery, label equipment, and banders as needed
• Reading and following work instructions and production documentation
• Moving materials within the facility, including weighing, scanning, stacking, and staging products
• Tracking and verifying materials, including quantities, sizes, and packaging
• Completing required documentation accurately and on time
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Supporting supervisors and team members to maintain production workflow

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping/receiving environments is preferred
• Basic math skills and attention to detail are required
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment is essential
• The ability to obtain required equipment certifications (such as forklift operation) if needed is required
• A reliable, organized, and safety-focused approach is necessary

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, moving machinery, and varying temperatures
• Regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently handle and move materials and operate equipment
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed
• May need to climb stairs or access equipment during daily tasks
