About the role
Architectural metal finishing and millwork services for commercial and residential projects. Work performed on-site or in-studio.
Responsibilities
- Architectural metal finishing for lobby elevator doors and bronze cladding (patina finishes)
- Metal touch-ups and dipping (if client provides bath)
- Window cladding resurfacing (sprayed finishes)
- Architectural millwork refinishing or touch-ups (on-site or in shop)
- Faux finishes, Venetian plaster, and textured wall finishes
Qualifications
20+ years of experience in architectural finishing across all materials and finishes.
