Finisher (Stain Shop)

Requirements

• Specialized Spraying: Proven experience applying lacquer coatings (pre-cat, post-cat, or conversion varnish).
• Cabinetry Expertise: Hands-on experience finishing cabinet doors and/or veneer surfaces.
• Full-Cycle Finishing: Demonstrated ability to prep, sand, and spray your own work from start to finish.
• Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of film build, flash times, inter-coat sanding, and defect prevention.
• Preferred Experience: Proficiency with conversion varnish systems.
• Stain Work: Skill in color matching and blending.
• Finish Matching: Ability to accurately match existing finishes.
• Workflow Management: Experience maintaining spray booth efficiency and consistency across pieces.
