Finisher, Millwork
About the role
We are seeking a Finisher to join our Millwork team. This position performs finishing operations to produce high-quality finished wood products in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Shift
Shift Available: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of wood finishing or paint related experience (preferred but not required)
- Make the right call with quality decisions, good judgment and keen problem-solving skills
- Drive results, take initiative and be action-oriented
- Be accountable and take ownership of work commitments
- Have a passion for excellence and drive for quality

- Able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills including, demonstrated listening skills and the ability to present ideas and thoughts concisely and effectively
- Able to admit when you make a mistake
