What You'll Own

• Deliver the final wow - Complete each vehicle with precision — drying, vacuuming, and detailing to meet our high standard every time.
• Obsess over the details - Spotless windows, clean interiors, shining wheels and tires — every car, every time, no exceptions.
• Catch it and fix it - Notice what others miss and flag issues proactively instead of passing them along. Your eye for quality protects our standard.
• Create a great customer moment - Engage at vehicle handoff, ensure satisfaction, and leave a lasting positive impression — every car is someone's pride and joy.
• Move with speed and purpose - Work efficiently to keep the flow strong while maintaining quality. Speed and standard are not a tradeoff here.
• Win as a team - Support teammates, jump in where needed, and help deliver a seamless experience every shift.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance — you show up ready to move from the first minute
• Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss and you care about the difference
• Able to work with speed without sacrificing quality
• Team-oriented — you contribute to team flow, not just your personal output
• Physical stamina — comfortable standing, bending, and moving for a full shift
• Willingness to flag issues rather than pass them along — proactive quality ownership
• Prior detailing, car wash, or finishing experience is a plus
