Finish (Production) - 1st Shift Job

About the role

We are seeking a wood finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the desire to prepare and finish wood surfaces to meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• sanding, staining, sealing and topcoating wood products
• ensure safe work practices and keep the work area a safe work environment
• communicate with a team to ensure safety, quality and delivery expectations are met
• responsible for machine start-up, shut-down and Preventative Maintenance
• responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all paperwork coming into and leaving from the spray line
• communicate all key information to your Production Supervisor, 1st shift Team Lead and 2nd shift Team Lead in a timely manner

• ability to interact well with others and work independently or as a team in the common pursuit of work

Pay

The estimated base salary range for this role is “x to X” per year. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors.

Schedule

Monday to Thursday 4/10, possible overtime on Friday/Saturday
