FINISH PREP

Primary Responsibilities

• Care and maintenance of sanding equipment.
• Sand custom woodwork and various materials for lacquer-based products, clear finishes, and various finishes.
• Continuously monitor your progress to optimize the efficiency of projects.
• Finish prep accurately and consistently.
• Occasional job site trips.
• Understand all aspects of bringing cabinetry to finish.
• Consistently reproduce quality finish preparation.

Shared Responsibilities

• Coordinate with lead finisher and project manager for task and deadlines.
• Finish prep.
• Report inventory and consumables to lead finisher.
• Documenting special procedures for future tracking.
• Loading and unloading truck.
• Wrapping and packing.
• Disposal of Hazardous materials.
