Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals
• Perform additional duties and projects as required

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
• A set, weekly availability, including a mix of mornings, days, and nights, based on business needs
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required
• Consistent punctuality and regular attendance in line with company policies
• Clear spoken English to effectively communicate with customers
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English to handle business tasks and understand sales reports
• Must be at least 18 years or older (16 years or older may be eligible in select locations: AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, MD, ME, MN, MO, NC, NV, NH, NM, OH, OK, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, WY)

Physical Demands

• Prolonged standing approximately four to 14 hours per day
• Stooping and kneeling to place merchandise on customers’ feet, as well as reaching and pulling to stock merchandise on storage racks
• May be required to climb a ladder or ascend/descend stairs to stock or acquire merchandise
• Regularly lift items weighing 5–25 lbs; occasionally heavier weights may be required
• Good vision, including color differentiation
• Work environment is a moderately noisy retail setting
