About the role

We offer year-round, indoor work with a 4-day work week and home every night. Compensation ranges from $25–$28/hour based on experience (3+ years as a finish carpenter or cabinet installer).

Responsibilities

• Execute kitchen installations, including cabinetry, crown molding, drawer boxes, new cabinet accessories, and painting
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety standards
• Perform quality checks to guarantee high standards of workmanship

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a finish carpenter and/or cabinet installer
• Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to operate a smartphone for job/project tracking
• Excellent communication and a great attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required

Pay

$25.00 – $28.00 per hour
