About the role

As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for providing personalized customer service, maintaining brand standards, and driving sales by offering product knowledge, building customer relationships, and upholding store aesthetics.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, their features, and brand information to effectively answer questions and guide selections.
• Consistently meet and exceed personal sales goals by employing effective selling techniques and building strong customer relationships.
• Build and nurture productive, trust-based relationships with customers through follow-ups and excellent service.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately, using the company’s point of sale system.
• Uphold brand standards by arranging displays, maintaining a neat and organized case line, and ensuring products are presented attractively.
