Fine Dining Server Assistant

Responsibilities

• Aid servers in setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
• Promptly clear tables and efficiently organize the dining area to ensure guests have a comfortable and tidy environment.
• Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and other dining essentials as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth operation of the dining area.
• Assist in carrying food trays and delivering dishes to appropriate tables.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for guests.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
