Findlay Kia Las Vegas - Dealership Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and routine accounting functions
• Aid with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes; reconcile and prepare daily cash deposits, credit card deposits, update receivable ledger
• Investigate and collect on bad checks
• Post accounts payable invoices
• Prepare accounts payable checks
• Investigate and respond to receivable and vendor inquiries
• Handle warranty and aftermarket cancellations
• Support car deal processing
• Manage contract and sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare title documents
• Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership experience is required
• Experience with CDK is also required
• 3-5 years experience in an Accounting role
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask
