Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate the approval of consumer loans for both cash and financed customers.
- Ensure all stipulations for loan payments are met upon completion of projects.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills to achieve optimal project outcomes.

- Perform tasks with speed and precision to meet customer project results.
- Work with urgency, remain organized, and pay close attention to detail.
- Have strong written, verbal, and quantitative skills.
- Read credit reports and take appropriate action to secure customer financing.
- Show adaptability and the ability to pivot or prioritize tasks effectively.
- Display strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Present an articulate and professional demeanor.
- Communicate, organize, and interact with others effectively.
- Be self-motivated and disciplined.

- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and have computer-savvy competence.
- Preferred to have a Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
- Preferred to have bi-lingual Spanish-speaking abilities.
Pay and Benefits
