Financials & Grantmaking Pillar Delivery Lead

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Financials & Grantmaking Pillar Delivery Lead to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will guide delivery execution across a portfolio focused on financials and grantmaking solutions, with a strong emphasis on operational discipline, customer value realization, and measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with product, sales, support, and internal delivery teams to improve predictability, strengthen customer experience, and translate roadmap priorities into effective operating plans. The position also requires a data-driven approach to performance management, risk identification, and continuous improvement across globally distributed delivery efforts. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Pay

Compensation: $117,200 – $157,500 annually.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio performance metrics including revenue, margin, and resource planning.
• Lead execution to enhance delivery predictability and customer experience.
• Translate product priorities into actionable operating plans and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with process architecture to standardize and automate delivery practices.
• Work with delivery orchestration to adopt tools and practices that enhance execution quality.
• Align with various departments to ensure roadmap readiness and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize insights and metrics to identify risks and improve delivery performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading professional services or customer success teams with business outcome accountability.
• 3+ years of experience in people leadership, including coaching and performance management.
• Proven track record in managing financial and operational performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of professional services delivery models and customer value realization.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Support.
• Preferred experience leading international or globally distributed teams.
• Ability to leverage data for risk identification and performance improvement.
