Financial Wellness Team Manager, UBS Wealth Advice Center

About the role

You will manage a team of Financial Wellness Coaches within the UBS Wealth Advice Center’s Financial Wellness Team, serving emerging affluent and core affluent clients. The office includes over 400 Wealth Management Associates and Financial Advisors serving approximately 200,000 clients with nearly $22 billion in assets. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely service request handling, executing workforce management functions, providing coaching and development, prioritizing account service, delegating case assignments, onboarding new coaches, and overseeing service‑center operations to keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Financial Wellness Coaches on the Financial Wellness Team of the UBS Wealth Advice Center, which focuses on emerging affluent and core affluent client segments at UBS.
• Ensure your team of Financial Wellness Coaches addresses service requests from participants and Financial Advisors in a timely manner.
• Execute Workforce Management (WFM) functions, including staffing incoming call queues and monitoring daily SLAs against defined goals.
• Deliver ongoing coaching and development to your team through trainings, call listening, and regular feedback sessions.
• Work with your team to prioritize account service and delegate daily case assignments.
• Onboard and develop new Financial Wellness Coaches as they join the Wealth Advice Center platform.
• Manage all service center‑like aspects to ensure things run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses required.
• Series 9 and Series 10 preferred but must be obtained within 120 days of employment.
• Fluency in Spanish required.
