Financial Wellness Coach
Purpose
Provide financial coaching services, assess housing affordability, and connect families to community resources. Facilitate Financial Education, Homeownership workshops, and one-on-one sessions to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to remove financial barriers and meet their housing and financial goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Aid individuals and families in gaining financial independence through education, coaching, and connection to resources.
- Conduct community and customer outreach.
- Coach and service planning with an emphasis on financial coaching, housing counseling, asset building, and home ownership.
- Maintain program reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Completion of HUD Certification within 90 days.
- Knowledge of community resources.
- Proficient in database applications and Microsoft programs.
- Experience in customer service or finance/banking.
- Occasional evening and weekend hours.

This is an Exempt position with a salary range of $38,000 - $40,000.
