Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment meetings to onboard employees into retirement plans.
• Educate participants on 401(k) plans, investment options, and basic retirement planning strategies.
• Aid employees with completing enrollment paperwork and understanding plan features.
• Lead employee education seminars to promote financial literacy and wellness.
• Serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance on retirement planning and investment basics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
• Prior insurance and/or financial experience preferred, not required
• Preference given to Series 65 licensed individuals
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain financial concepts in a clear and relatable manner
• Experience with retirement plans and investment products
• Comfortable working with diverse employee groups and managing multiple sessions
