About the role

The Wealth Management Advisor's primary responsibilities include conserving large and at-risk client accounts, promoting client planning, and building relationships for retirement planning. This role requires a strong background in financial planning and a proven track record of asset management.

Requirements

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred
  • Seven plus years of industry experience
  • NASD Series 7, Series 65 or 66 State Variable, Life & Health License
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a book of business effectively
  • Proven track record in asset management
  • Knowledge of financial planning tools and techniques

Schedule

The Wealth Management Advisor is expected to work a flexible schedule, including the possibility of remote work.

Organizational Structure

This position reports to a Divisional Vice President who provides coaching and guidance. Advisors collaborate with regional and national peers.

  • Build client and asset acquisition through referrals, prospecting, seminars, and networking
  • Utilize financial planning tools to better understand clients' needs
  • Continually exceed sales expectations
  • Familiarize oneself with Corebridge Financial products and services
  • Adhere to compliance standards
