About the role
The Wealth Management Advisor's primary responsibilities include conserving large and at-risk client accounts, building relationships, and promoting financial planning. This role requires a minimum of seven years of industry experience and a CFP designation, if not already obtained.
Responsibilities
- Conservation of large balanced and at-risk client accounts
- Build relationships with clients to help them plan for retirement and reduce surrenders
- Utilize financial planning tools to better understand clients' needs
- Exceed sales expectations
- Familiarize yourself with Corebridge Financial products and services, along with a competitive broker dealer product shelf
- Adhere to compliance standards
Requirements
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
- NASD Series 7, Series 65 or 66 State Variable, Life & Health License
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
Qualifications
- Seven plus years of industry experience
- Existing book of business and ecosystem for new lead generation
- Access to numerous resources for success, including Salesforce CRM, eMoney, Financial Planning software, Retirement Pathfinder, and NFS’s Wealthscape Trading Platform
- Flexibility to work from home and/or office

Pay
The average total compensation for this role historically has ranged from $80,000-$200,000, based on a combination of hourly pay, plus commissions.
Schedule
This role is full-time and allows for some flexibility in scheduling.
