Financial Transformation Services Senior Manager or Director
Position Profile
Weaver Is Looking For a Strategic Financial Transformation Senior Manager Or Director To Join Our Growing Firm.
The Ideal Candidate Is a Dynamic Advisory Professional With Advanced Accounting Advisory And IPO Readiness Experience.
This Leader Will Execute Client Engagement Objectives While Also Building And Supervising a Team.
Client Projects Will Include:
- IPO planning and readiness
- SEC reporting, including MD&A and Proforma financials for registration
- Initial public offering support
- Complex accounting treatment analysis
- Accounting standards implementation
- Pre and post-merger acquisition accounting assistance
- Accounting methodology conversion
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- CPA or CMA certification
- 8+ years of relevant experience in public accounting, consulting or industry roles, including public company audit and/or SEC financial reporting experience
- Strong integrated IT and ERP experience
- Thorough understanding of complex accounting issues, current standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience leading clients through complex financial transactions
- Prioritizing and managing staff
- Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
- Strong relationship management and practice development skills
- Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in related field
Compensation and Benefits
A reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position is $155,000 to $300,000. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
