Financial Systems Manager for Israel Member Firm

Work You'll Do

• Partnering with finance and technology stakeholders to gather, document, and support business, functional, and system requirements
• Serving as a subject matter expert in finance systems, implementing and managing innovative solutions and changes through governance and change management
• Supporting governance, release, and change management activities for finance applications and system enhancements
• Coordinating testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, and tracking issue resolution
• Monitoring production support needs, troubleshooting system issues, and helping drive process and system improvements
• Leading project, workstream, and implementation activities, including status tracking, stakeholder coordination, and execution support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Professional with 6+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, financial systems, ERP-enabled transformation, or related areas
• Experience supporting SAP, including SAP S/4HANA/Rise, in a finance, controllership, and/or engagement lifecycle environment
• Demonstrated experience managing a backlog and roadmap, including prioritization and coordination across multiple stakeholders
• Experience gathering business requirements and partnering with technical teams to implement finance or accounting system solutions
• Experience coordinating or leading testing for system, process, or product enhancements, including UAT and defect management
• Experience troubleshooting defects and production incidents, including issue triage, coordination with technical teams, root cause analysis, and resolution support
• Experience developing change management and adoption materials, such as communications, QRGs, job aids, and training support content
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
