About the role
The Financial Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining financial systems within the organization. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement financial systems to support organizational goals
- Maintain and optimize existing financial systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems with other business processes
- Provide technical guidance and support to users
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial systems engineering
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial systems engineering
- Experience with financial software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of database management and SQL
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based financial systems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
