Financial Systems Director

About the role

This position involves leading IT advisory engagements focused on Finance/Controlling (FICO), including process design, package implementation support, and project reviews. The Director will oversee SAP business process mapping, evaluate technology controls, and communicate findings to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Scope new engagements and develop proposals
• Lead and execute day-to-day IT advisory activities
• Map SAP business processes and assess technology controls
• Identify findings, communicate with clients, and develop solutions
• Supervise and mentor staff on engagements
• Apply AI-enabled solutions ethically to enhance client outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum eight years of SAP applications experience, including at least one full SAP FICO implementation
• Strong leadership, client management, and delivery skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Technical expertise in SAP FICO, with the ability to convey findings to senior stakeholders
• Ability to develop and manage project scopes and proposals
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility
• Authorization to work without sponsorship in the U.S.
