About the Opportunity

The Financial Systems Administrator (NetSuite, Concur, FloQast) is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’s core financial applications. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with global requirements by partnering with finance, IT, and business teams to deliver efficient and scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary administrator for NetSuite, Concur, FloQast, and related financial systems
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings
  • Oversee integrations and data uploads between financial and data warehouse systems
  • Maintain understanding of general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, revenue recognition, planning, audits, and reporting
  • Develop workflows, validation rules, and automations to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with accounting, finance, FP&A, and transformation teams on system solutions
  • Ensure data quality and audit readiness
  • Create and maintain financial reports
  • Provide user support and training on finance system functionality
  • Build and maintain documentation, process guides, and standard operating procedures
  • Act as liaison between business and technical teams for consistent system adoption
  • Stay current on system updates and recommend enhancements
  • Participate in system governance, change control, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Plan and implement system enhancements supporting scalability and compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Life Sciences Technology, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of NetSuite administrator experience, including configuration and custom integrations (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience in CROs, professional services, or project-based organizations preferred
  • Oracle NetSuite certification preferred
  • Proficiency in report building, data management, and automation tools
  • Experience with DCAA-compliant timekeeping and data integrity controls is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders globally
  • Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The range of starting pay for this role is $90,000-$120,000 per year.
