About the role

This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance and is based at Seymour‑Johnson AFB, NC. The Financial System Administrator provides primary on‑site computer systems administration and financial‑systems application support to the Seymour‑Johnson Comptroller Squadron, administering and maintaining government workstations, peripherals, user/account functions, financial applications, telecommunications devices, IT assets, Portal and SharePoint content, and continuity procedures. The role includes receiving, documenting, prioritizing, resolving, or escalating customer technical issues, maintaining communication through closure, and collaborating with ACC FSAs, local Communications Squadron personnel, the Enterprise Service Desk, application help desks,
