About the role
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in your immediate termination.
Responsibilities
- Obtain required industry licenses, including Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 within specified timeframes.
- Receive dedicated and personalized classes for your SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams.
- Learn and practice foundational skills for becoming a Financial Solutions Advisor, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships.
- Grow and deepen relationships within a portfolio of clients as a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to the solutions provided by Bank of America and Merrill.
Requirements
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Self-discipline in managing time and capacity.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrated results-driven mindset with a focus on client interests in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience preferred.
- Bilingual Mandarin is preferred.

The pay for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, some Saturdays required. Schedule example: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, etc.
