Financial Solutions Advisor - Registration Candidate - San Antonio Area

About the role

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
• Learn and implement a consultative approach to client needs
• Build and manage client relationships
• Deliver comprehensive advice and client reviews/presentations
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners
• Provide end-to-end financial solutions
• Train at one financial center and transition to a phone-based capacity before moving to a physical location

Requirements

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
• Self-discipline in managing time and capacity
• Experience in cultivating client relationships
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Results-driven mindset prioritizing client interests
• Learns and adapts to new technology or applications

Qualifications

• Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
• Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
• Spanish speaking skills
