About the Role
This role involves obtaining necessary securities industry licenses, receiving specialized training, and progressing through stages to become a Financial Solutions Advisor. You'll assist clients in achieving their financial goals while collaborating with core banking and investment partners.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain SAFE Act registration
- Receive training and coaching from Academy managers
- Develop strong client relationships and recommend solutions
- Earn and maintain Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners
- Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice and client reviews
- Build a successful career through world-class training and on-boarding programs
Requirements
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Self-discipline in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships

Qualifications
- SIE (Securities Industry Essentials)
- Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
