About the role

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in your immediate termination.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain required industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
  • Cultivate client relationships, access needs, and recommend solutions
  • Create strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
  • Builds strong advisory, account management, client experience branding, customer and client focus, oral communications, issue management, client solutions advisory, pipeline management, active listening, attention to detail, risk management, policies, procedures, and guidelines, client management, causation analysis, and written communications skills
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions provided by Bank of America and Merrill

Requirements

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
  • Self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
  • Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs, and recommending solutions
  • Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
