ConsultingFull-time

About the role

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining your Securities Industry licenses. You will receive dedicated, personalized classes for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. Once licensed, you will learn foundational advisory skills — acquiring, building, and managing client relationships; assessing a client’s complex financial picture; and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, all while humanizing financial interactions.

After reaching key milestones, you will work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care approach. The Academy provides dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout your career. Demonstrated success as a licensed FSA I typically leads to progression into Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you grow and deepen relationships within a client portfolio, with further advancement opportunities across Bank of America and Merrill.
