About the role
As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams (Series 63 & 65 accepted in lieu of 66). Once licensed, you will develop foundational skills in acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, analyzing complex financial situations, and providing tailored advice and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. After reaching key milestones, you will work in a financial center delivering core banking and investment solutions while humanizing financial interactions. Upon demonstrating success as a licensed FSA I, you will typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you will deepen client relationships and continue advancing within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy provides ongoing support, tools, and resources throughout your career journey.
Responsibilities
- Obtain required Securities Industry licenses (SIE within 30 days of hire; Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days).
- Develop and manage client relationships, assessing needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions.
- Provide end-to-end comprehensive financial advice, deliver client reviews/presentations, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with solutions through Bank of America and Merrill.
- Grow business knowledge using a consultative approach to systematically identify client needs and appropriate solutions.
- Build a network by interacting with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients.

Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Schedule
