About the role

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including the Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. Once you obtain your licenses, you will receive training on foundational skills necessary to become an advisor, focusing on acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, and providing advice and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain required industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 within specified timeframes.
  • Cultivate client relationships and access client needs, recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Create strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technologies or applications.
  • Build a successful career at Bank of America through world-class training and on-boarding programs.
  • Grow your business knowledge by using a consultative approach to identify client needs and appropriate solutions.
  • Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to the solutions provided by Bank of America and Merrill.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience preferred.

Benefits

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and complete the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in your immediate termination.

Pay

The pay for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Monday – Fridays and rotating Saturdays. Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40
