About the role
As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will begin by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses through dedicated and personalized classes for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. After licensure, you will learn foundational advisory skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships while addressing their complex financial needs with tailored advice and solutions.
You will work in a financial center, delivering core banking and investment solutions. Upon reaching key milestones, you will progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, deepening client relationships and advancing your career within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy provides ongoing support, tools, and resources throughout your journey.
This position requires SAFE Act registration, including a background check. Failure to maintain registration may result in termination.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage client relationships using a consultative approach to identify needs and recommend solutions.
- Earn required licenses (SIE within 30 days, Series 7 and 66 within 120 days).
- Leverage Bank of America’s client network to grow your business.
- Provide comprehensive financial advice, deliver client reviews, and recommend strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Collaborate with banking and investment partners to connect clients with solutions from Bank of America and Merrill.
- Execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing client interests.

- Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66).
- Self-discipline in managing time and capacity.
- Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Results-driven mindset with adaptability to new technology.
Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) (desired).
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience (desired).

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays required.
- 1st shift.
- 40 hours per week.
