Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate - Fairfield/Concord Area
About the role
The position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. You will be required to register and complete the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in your immediate termination.
Responsibilities
- Obtain required industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
- Cultivate client relationships, access needs, and recommend solutions
- Create strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Execute multiple tasks simultaneously, learn and adapt to new technology or applications
- Build a successful career at Bank of America through world-class training and on-boarding programs
- Grow business knowledge by using a defined consultative approach with clients to systematically identify client needs and appropriate solutions
- Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to the solutions provided by Bank of America and Merrill
Requirements
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs, and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience

Schedule
This position is open for the entire market and the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If you are offered a position, you will train at one financial center, and then potentially begin your role in a phone-based capacity until another financial center location has been determined to move to that is within a reasonable commuting distance of your home to the extent permitted by applicable law.
