About the role

This role provides comprehensive advice and customized financial solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, and meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals. This position may involve residential mortgage loan originations and requires SAFE Act registration, including background checks. Failure to maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals using brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking or money-managed solutions.
  • Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs.
  • Triage client requests and refer to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
  • Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.

Requirements

  • Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses.
  • Self-discipline in managing time and capacity.
  • Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
  • Ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on prioritizing client interests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology or applications.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (minimum education requirement).
  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) (desired).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience (desired).
  • Bilingual in Mandarin (preferred).

Schedule

  • 1st shift (United States of America)
  • 40 hours per week

This position is open across the market. Training will occur at one financial center, followed by a potential phone-based role until a permanent financial center location is assigned within a reasonable commuting distance of your home, as permitted by applicable law.
