About the role

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you begin by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) through dedicated, personalized classes. Once licensed, you will learn foundational advisory skills — acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, assessing complex financial pictures, and delivering advice and solutions that help clients live their best financial lives. After reaching key milestones, you will work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care. Successful FSAs typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they deepen relationships within a client portfolio, with further advancement opportunities across Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy provides ongoing programs, tools, and resources throughout your career.
