This position is open across multiple locations. If offered a role, you will train at one financial center and may initially work in a phone-based capacity until a permanent financial center location is assigned within a reasonable commuting distance, as permitted by law.
About the role
This role provides comprehensive advice and customized financial solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners, reviewing financial goals, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. This position may also involve residential mortgage loan originations, requiring SAFE Act registration and background checks.
Responsibilities
- Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking or money-managed solutions.
- Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs.
- Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and recommended product services.
Requirements
- Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent 63 and 65) licenses.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.

Desired Qualifications

- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
- Obtained insurance licenses.
