About the role
This role provides comprehensive advice and customized financial solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners, reviewing financial and investment goals, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. This position may involve residential mortgage loan originations and requires SAFE Act registration, including background checks. Failure to maintain registration may result in termination.
Responsibilities
- Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking or money-managed solutions.
- Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs.
- Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and recommended product services.
Requirements
- Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent 63 and 65) licenses.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Ability to set and accomplish goals, build strong relationships, and collaborate effectively.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Efficient time management and capacity planning.
- Thorough regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long-term client strategies.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Desired: Strong computer skills with multitasking ability in a demanding environment.
- Desired: Three or more years of experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment.
- Desired: Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
- Desired: Obtained insurance licenses.

Schedule
- 1st shift (United States of America).
- 40 hours per week.
- Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.
