Financial Solutions Advisor - Colorado South Market
About the role
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. You will triage client leads, make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, build financial plans, and recommend brokerage products. This position may also involve residential mortgage loan origination, requiring SAFE Act registration and background checks.
If offered the position, you will train at one financial center and may initially work in a phone-based capacity until a permanent financial center location is determined within a reasonable commuting distance of your home, as permitted by applicable law.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking or money-managed solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs.
- Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and recommended product services.
Requirements
- Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses; if you do not currently hold the 66 but have either a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.

- Minimum of three years of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).

Schedule
- Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.
- 1st shift (United States of America).
- 40 hours per week.
Education
Minimum requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
