Financial Services Valuation Manager

We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager in Financial Services Valuation to provide expert valuation services across the financial industry, including banking, insurance, fintech, and asset management. Responsibilities include managing and delivering valuations of financial assets and liabilities such as loans, portfolios, and complex financial instruments, performing detailed cash flow modeling, and analyzing large datasets to inform valuation inputs. You will oversee project scope, ensure quality and accuracy, support fair value measurements for financial reporting and transactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. Building and maintaining client relationships, reviewing third-party appraisals, and contributing to business development are key duties. As a senior professional, you will also supervise and mentor staff, manage engagement risks, and participate in practice initiatives like methodology development and training. Qualifications Minimum five years of relevant experience in financial advisory or valuation within a professional services environment, with a strong finance or accounting background. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field. Progress towards or possession of the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential. Experience with loan portfolio analytics, financial instruments valuation, and familiarity with credit/lending standards such as CECL is preferred. Excellent communication, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
