Responsibilities
- Lead program delivery and practice development as a Senior Manager in the SAP Financial Services practice.
- Drive program sales and delivery with a strong focus on people leadership.
- Develop consulting staff and enhance practice delivery capabilities.
- Lead Firm development initiatives and manage sub-practice areas.
- Oversee multiple workstreams and teams to deliver cohesive, comprehensive solutions on time and on budget.
- Collaborate with program leads and subject matter advisors to ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead initial program phases, including business case development and infrastructure setup.
Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience, including 8+ years of system implementation execution with full lifecycle delivery.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs with 10–20 onsite resources and 30+ offshore/global delivery.
- Proven track record in sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services, including strategic RFP responses.
- Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and efficiency drivers leveraging core S/4 capabilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
- Strong focus on staff development through mentoring and coaching.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Prior consulting industry experience.
- Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of a core SAP module.
Skills
- Understanding of AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
- Ability to lead teams through complex program phases and client engagements.
- Willingness to work in EY offices averaging 2–3 days per week and travel to client sites as needed (estimated 25–30% travel).

The base salary range for this role in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. In New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $205,900 to $445,700. Individual salaries are determined by education, experience, skills, geography, and other factors.
