  • Leverage, contribute to and evolve client design systems and brand guidelines.
  • Deliver in Agile teams using Jira or equivalent, writing clear specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Run lean research, drive consensus on success measures, and monitor feature performance to propose improvements.
  • Travel domestically and regionally up to 80% to serve client needs.

  • Proficiency with LLMs and AI‑assisted prototyping tools; comfortable working in AI‑assisted design environments.
  • Experience designing complex, data‑heavy or workflow‑driven products.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and their impact on design decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Experience coaching client teams or building design capability in another organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, UX design, interaction design, industrial or product design, or related field, plus 3 years of progressive post‑baccalaureate work experience; or a master’s degree with 2 years of experience.

  • Regular use of LLMs in the design process.
  • Experience delivering in Agile teams using Jira or equivalent.
  • Experience in financial services (banking, capital markets, wealth & asset management, insurance, real estate, hospitality, construction) is preferred.
  • Experience designing AI‑powered or agentic product features that reach production.
