Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solve complex problems that make a difference for our clients.
  • Serve as a high-profile contact for resolving complex issues, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that impact entire industries.
  • Work with clients to drive transformational changes in the way they deliver application testing services.
  • Manage all activities involved in the end-to-end testing process, including strategy, planning, execution, quality assessment, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and execute different test levels, monitor progress, and report results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Plan, implement, and ensure quality assurance for large, complex testing projects.
  • Define and implement Program Test strategy for complex enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Team with business organizations to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Coach team members to foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
  • Share knowledge and develop engagement tools and enablers to build capability for the practice.
  • Develop client relationships across multiple levels and support sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Approximately 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments.
  • Technical competency experience with Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, User Acceptance Test Coordination, IT Organizational Change Management, Performance Testing Program Management, Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Data Management, IT Life Cycle Management, or IT Delivery Management.
  • Availability to travel outside of your assigned office location up to approximately 50% of the time, plus commute within the region.
  • Willingness to work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
  • A valid passport is required.

Qualifications

  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in a technology organization (preferably in the financial services industry) with a focus on test engineering.
  • Experience leading testing on Life Insurance and Annuities Platform conversion/modernization efforts.
  • Hands-on experience in testing end-to-end Property & Casualty, Life Insurance and Annuities, and/or Finance transformation business flows.
  • Deep understanding and prior experience of software development and QA life cycle processes (including test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting).
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following tools: Azure DevOps, HP ALM/Quality Center, JIRA, CA Agile Central/Rally.
  • Experience in managing test efforts with at least one of the Finance Transformation platforms: SAP, Oracle, Workday.
  • A "go-getter" attitude, passion to constantly learn, improve, and perform at the highest level.

Pay

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.

Schedule

Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
