Responsibilities

• Work closely with new and existing members to understand their financial needs and deepen relationships.
• Process routine financial transactions for members efficiently and accurately (including deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, IRA) in compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Provide recommendations and assist members with a wide array of financial solutions to satisfy their spending, savings, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Educate members to bank more efficiently using the web, mobile, and ATM.
• Provide financial education and services to help members fit banking into their everyday lives.
• Proactively contact members to schedule appointments to discuss their personal financial goals.
• Perform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• High School degree or GED required.
• Minimum one year of general work experience, customer service, call center, sales, or branch experience required.
• Minimum of six months cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, sales, mathematical, problem-solving, multitasking, and computer skills, and attention to detail required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Pay

The good faith range for this position is $23.00 to $24.50 an hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
